ROLE OVERVIEW
Strategy & Business Operations Director role will provide leadership to the Trojena Strategy functions and driving operational excellence across diverse, global environments. The role will also provide leadership on large-scale transformation programs, manage complex cross-functional team, and navigate multifaceted business challenges in both public and private sectors.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 12+ years of construction industry experience, with at least 7+ years senior executive experience earned with Project Management and Strategy.
- 7+ years of industry experience gained in the Gulf Region.
- Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost management.
- Expertise in leading organizational transformations and managing resistance to change.
- Regulatory knowledge relevant to the industry to ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Strong ability to translate business strategies into actionable insights and foster relationships.
- Leading initiatives to grow business through partnerships, acquisitions, or new market entry.
- Experience in leading digital transformation or major operational shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Risk, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- MBA is preferred.
